Refunds & Returns

RETURN CONDITIONS
We stand by the quality of our products and are confident that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns and issue a refund on the following conditions:

We receive your request with 30 days of purchase
The goods are unused and in original condition
The item/s are still properly packaged in their original boxes and the packaging is still in original condition
A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returned orders.
Goods returned in poor packaging, goods that are damaged, goods that are broken or deemed unsaleable will not be refunded.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
STEP 1: Email us services@umall.au for a refund case. Prior to returning any products you must contact us for authorization. Merchandise returned without authorization may be declined and returned to sender, at the sender's expense.

STEP 2: Once you get our authorized, send your item/s back to the address below:

STEP 3: Once we have received your items they will be assessed and you will be notified if your return has been accepted. If the return is accepted then we will issue you with a refund to your nominated bank account. The refund amount will not include freight costs. If your return does not satisfy the above conditions it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

Customers must report and send a picture of any damaged items or incorrect items received within 48 hours of receipt of delivery /pick up to services@umall.au. (Incorrect items are defined as items that differ from what was ordered or items that were incorrectly recommended by Umall outdoor furniture.) Upon verification, For delivered products, Umall outdoor furniture will issue a prepaid return label to send the damaged/incorrect items back to our warehouse, and pick up product you will need to arrange on your own send back. If any damaged or incorrect Items are not reported within 48 hours, Umall outdoor furniture will not be held liable. Once the items are received, Umall outdoor furniture will ship replacement items to the customer. All damaged/incorrect products must still be sent back to Umall outdoor furniture within the 30-day return window.
